Trips Outings/Visits

Our Year 6 pupils have safely arrived for their eagerly awaited residential trip to Spain. The lively group spent their first evening settling in, unpacking, and getting a good night's rest. They woke up refreshed and ready for an exciting day, starting with a buffet breakfast featuring eggs in every style, churros, Pan Tumaca, and freshly squeezed orange juice.

The morning kicked off with a Spanish lesson and then they headed to the beach for sunny paddle boarding and snorkeling.

Throughout their trip, our  pupils have been immersed in a whirlwind of activities and cultural experiences. From Spanish lessons and exhilarating water sports to exploring the historical sites of Águilas, each day has been packed with excitement. Afternoons were filled with kayaking and scenic boat trips, while evenings were spent bonding over beach games, night football, and Frisbee.

One highlight was the creative supermarket challenge, where teams had to buy goods for their beach aperitivo with only 10 euros. They also embraced local traditions with lively dance lessons and capped off their adventure with a magical party under the stars.

As they prepare to return home today, our tired yet happy campers bring back cherished memories and a newfound love for Spanish culture. Their time in Spain has been a blend of fun, learning, and unforgettable experiences.

Looking ahead, our students are eager for another day of sunny adventures, starting with a refreshing kayaking session and an exciting boat trip after their Spanish lesson. The journey continues, and the fun never stops!
