On International Women’s Day, we took the opportunity to speak with our Heads, Susan Wijeratna and Andrea Rutterford, about what #InspireInclusion means to them.
‘Education has to be the starting point to inspiring inclusion, the focus of this year’s International Women's Day. At Latymer we celebrate women’s achievement through the curriculum and through a range of activities. As a fully co-educational school it’s a fantastic place to really notice the difference that diversity, equity and inclusivity can make. Whether you’re in the Prep or Upper School we want to create an open and welcoming environment where every member of our community has an equal sense of belonging and feels valued, respected and celebrated.
