Remembrance Day 2022

On Friday, 11 November, pupils and staff from Latymer Prep and Upper Schools came together in the Piazza to mark Remembrance Day together at 11am. 

The ‘buzz’ of the Piazza was replaced with a serene silence and stillness as pupils observed the two minute silence. Sixth Former, Michaela performed a moving rendition of the ‘Last Post’ and ‘Reveille’. 

Over recent years, pupils have undertaken a number of different projects around Remembrance. Year 6 pupil, and Charity Co-ordinator, Eila, did a great job of selling poppies and other bits of merchandise for the Royal British Legion.
