Y5 pupils brought the house down with their retelling of the story of James and the Giant Peach in the Edward Latymer Theatre earlier this term.
Every pupil in the the year took part with many incredible performances which had parents laughing along with the characters on this epic journey. The day before at the dress rehearsal, pupils from Years 3,4 and 6 got to watch and loved the way their peers brought the characters and story to life.
Our thanks to the Year 5 parents who helped to make props, sets and costumes; to Mr Nielsen and Ms Hurst for directing the show and to Ms Garson for the support with the music throughout.
Congratulations to our young thespians for an outstanding show! We're sure Roald Dahl would be proud to see his story being enjoyed like this.
