This year’s Summer Fair – organised and run by parents – was a great success. Against all predictions, the weather remained fine and we are delighted that so many families were able to attend. Stalls ranged from the ever-popular cake sale to the gruesome ‘wounds and tattoos’ tent! As usual, the wet-sponge throwing saw many children competing to be soaked by their classmates. With a barbeque manned by parents and the wonderful Indian Zing providing the most delicious Indian food in West London, no-one went hungry. The highlight of the day – for Year 6, at least – was the annual ‘Latymer’s Got Talent’, which once again featured a range of outstanding performances.
Funds raised by the Fair are spilt between the Prep Bursary fund and Na’a Kuse, the charity we support in Namibia.
